The aim of this workshop is to gather various actors of the field from academia & industry and to give an overview of recent advances in microscopy data analysis and modeling to improve our understanding of living organisms.
This workshop showcases a number of invited speakers who will present their latest research in fields including computer science, mathematics, biology and biophysics. Participants are also welcome to present their work in a friendly environment.

- 2014: BioImage Informatics and modeling at the cellular scale

Synopsis: The first part of the workshop will focus on image analysis for high content and high throughput screening image data analysis. The second part will be dedicated to the interaction between image analysis and modeling in biology. Finally the last part of the workshop will be dedicated to mathematical modeling from cells to tissues.
